I'm 200+ pages into the 7th and last book.... after reading 3948 pages (in the series).
PLEASE I really don't want to have it all spoiled.

I read that article. It was pretty awesome.
Obviously, I'm highlighting this because it has spoilers
One of the things my brother and I discussed was the Epilogue and how almost ambiguous it was. But he made an excellent point. Harry Potter - The Boy Who Lived successfully defeated the Dark Lord at the age of 17. What more could he do at that point? What more did he HAVE to do at that point. At the age of 17 he'd done more than . . . anyone. He'd put an end to the worst evil in his world. Knowing what he did from 9 to 5 is inconsequential.

I finally finished the book!!! Eeeeeeeeeee! It was wonderful! It made me go  and and  and scream and squeal. The final showdown did not leave me disappointed!
