Where: Toyboxx Toys and Ice Cream 12152 N Rancho Vistoso Blvd
When: 4pm
Come enjoy the hospitality of the Toyboxx Ice Cream and Collectible shop as we have our Spetember meeting and then go full swing into a recruitment drive!

Have we discussed this event? If we R doing a recrutment drive I think we should iron out the details before the event.

Pretty much at Jacks after the last b-day party we talked about it. Im posting flyers around town, and we can set up a table with a display. Ill also be in costume for some of it, dont know which one yet though.

I know those of us that did the B-day party talked about it and a bit at the meeting but does the rest of the group know about it and what we're trying to do at it? I seem to remember it was glossed over and not much more.
We were planing to have a meeting during the event.

It is essentially a costumed meeting. We want to attract new people and while we have them there actually have a meeting. If you have a costume great bring it! If you have some props bring em! If you have some thoer skills or talents bring em!
Also bring sabers and minis and maybe some RPG books and maybe book club could also bring the book they are reading!
We want to fully expose who we are and what we do!

One of the things we did during our Star Voyages event was have display tables:
We kept a rope in front so that our things didn't walk off. The shelves were just stackable shelving taken apart. We put some cloth on the tables to dress them up. It looked nice.
Just have someone keeping an eye out.
Also . . . just in case  here is a link to Star Wars Coloring pages
remembers where they are holding the meeting 
I guess the Toyboxx has a few displays already.

My understanding of this "costumed" meeting is that anyone who chooses to can wear ANY sci-fi/fantasy/anime costume they wish, since we are promoting not only our group but Toyboxx. Is this not correct?
