Sad but I know what that means.
PC= "Paper Cassette". Holdover from the "older" days meaning the paper tray # 2. Load letter is an HP laserjet display for saying load letter size paper. So it's saying load letter size paper in tray 2 (HPs use tray 2 90% for the time in the laserjet series). Basically the printer is out of paper.
Gawd I hate computers, why do I know this cr*p?.
