Six degrees of Star Wars

I got this off of some SW TV special. You pick two random SW characters that aren't obviously connected and find out how they are connected in six steps or less. You can use EU and the movies.
Here's the first one: Jango Fett and Mara Jade (sorry if you don't know who she is.)

Luke is Mara Jade's husband.

1) Sio Bibble spoke to Anakin Skywalker in the Theed Royal Throne Room in AOTC.
2) Anakin eventually turns into Darth Vader
3) Darth Vader is the one that gave Kir Kanos his scare during Imperial Guard training.

Zam Wessel is a bounty hunter that was caught by Anakin Skywalker.
Anakin raced in the Boonta Eve Classic which Aurra Sing watched.

No it's not. Aurra Sing watched Anakin Skywalker race in the Boonta Eve Classic. It's not just saying that they were in the same movie. If I had said Aurra Sing was in TPM with Anakin Skywalker then that would be saying that they were in the same movie. There's a difference.

I thought SW 6 degrees was related to Kevin Bacon.
Actually wouldn't it make better sense to pick on actor in SW and try to connect any actor to him/her. Just curious.
