We returned from Comic Con 2006 at about 11:30 last night. 
The Wizard and I had a great time and I do believe that the rest of the group did as well. Okay, Sid was not too happy but with the broken leg he could not do his usual thing and spent all but one day at the Hotel. His day at the convention was short and he stayed with me most of the time. We sat in the lobby and watched costumes and people and he was adored; as any Sith Lord should be when amongest the throngs.
It was a fun five days and Liz has learned the power she has over the Fanboys.  Her Barriss was a huge hit and when she flashed on the blue lightsabre, the photographers lined up. Toad was also a big hit in her Shippo (hope I spelled that right) costume and when we finally got Jerry into costume he had his share of photo requests.
Thursday we were Pirates and the good Captain won many a ladies heart. On Friday he was Ben and it became close to impossible to move through the Exhibit hall without him being stopped for pictures. Saturday the Count came and impressed all within his sight. And then on Sunday Ben again returned to a warm reception. I was Little Girl and was quite happy.
The best part however, for me and Skippy, was talking to David Prowse and him signing Skippy's Darth Vader costume. Either Skippy will never take it off again or it will be framed.
I think that is all for now but I will update later.

i just want to say that i had a great time. it surpassed all of my expectations and my ONE and only regret was not stopping Lt. Dangle for a photo. and maybe that inconsiderate seth green having come between me and my being photographed. why can't he look where he's frikkin going? is he the only one not aware of how great i am???
on a serious note, richard cox was awesome and i(/jerry/toad) had a really great time chilling with bette, barry, and dan, as well as the rest of the san diego crew that i hung out with for a while. looking forward to seeing everyone again next con!

Welcome home!
Sounds like you all had a good time. I read the updates about the Con and heard it was very crowded, glad you made it out alive  .
There's no need to be concerned, however, we've kept the heat on for you.

Yes, yes, a lot of fun. The first night some guy named Danzig asked to take a picture with me....hhehe, yeah right, the other way around:
and I was able to meet some awesome people like BRUCE CAMPBELL, finally. Got some awesome stuff too, as did Liz, Bette and Barry. It was a lot of fun.
