we have to work with which ever theaters are willing to work with us. Since we requre places to change and all that.
I know. But it doesn't hurt to ask them if they would be willing and able to have us. Maybe I missed something, but it just sounded to me like we were assuming they'd say no. But if someone has approached them with the idea and been told no, that's another story.

Did you see AOTC at the Imation Imax theater at the minnesota zoo? That's the third largest screen in the world! And you thought the screen at wynnsong was big. Episode three is going to be there at the Imax. Just to let you know.

I'm moving out to TC for school. So I guess I'm wondering the best place place to see the movie when I get there in May. It looks like Wynnsong is the place to be? How early would I have to get tickets?

Yes if your really picky about which seat then you need to be there early to insure that. Remember there are goign to be 200-300 people all wanting to get the "best seat" Not everyone is going to be able to have it.
So in your estimation...how early should a person get there?
And what if you're going to be with seven other friends who all want to sit in the same row together?!

Just get there at noon. Waiting 11 hours 'till they let you in won't kill you. Bring a laptop/portable dvd player and watch Attack of the Clones. Bring lightsabers and mess around with them. Hang out with your 7 friends. It's fun!

If you want to go to Wynsong that's fine.
Just as a group, we are trying to find something that's not totally out of the way for everyone since we have people spread all out over the cities. We have someone making calls this week to different locations to get any info.
Like other people have already stated - for EP2, no one would talk to us until about 2 week prior. We are discusing a place that will accept us with our costumes and allow us to hang out all day to help promote the movie for them. We can't just "walk in" to any theater with full costumes on w/out prior approval.
Just everyone chill and I'll try to keep people up-to-date on what our plans will be.

For the record we're not even going to try to see the digital one opening night. Maybe the following week.
It'd be too hard to have an event we can invite people too if we go somewhere with such limited seating.
Odds are the digital theater at Eden Prarie will sell out fast which is not something we can work with for our plans.
