For those who missed the final two episodes or (like me) want to catch them again, they are being repeated back-to-back on BBC1 tomorrow from 535-730 PM.
Also, it looks like BBC3 is repeating the entire season. Shows start at 7pm. Monday is the adipose episode, Tuesday is Pompeii, and Wednesday is the Ood.

Gah, I'll miss all of those 'cos of work
So, with Who gone for a year what do we have to keep us entertained? Robin Hood, Primeval?

There is a new series about Uther Pendragon coming starring Anthony Head, but not sure when.
New series Bonekickers is on during the week.

Bonekickers is the worst TV series I have ever watched, seriously it's terrible but it's almost that terrible were you watch it to just laugh at how rubbish it is, if you don't believe me have a look at the first episode on iplayer.

There was a quick promo for Merlin between the two Dr Who shows. No details though.
And I still like that Towing the Earth segment a lot. (It was just on).
Edit - and there was a promo after Dr Who for the Sarah Jane Adventures on CBBC this autumn.

Richie, I meant on Saturday nights. Hence why I referred to Robin Hood and Primeval. Bonekickers airs on a Tuesday.
LAJ, I saw the Sarah Jane preview. Looks like a Sontaran will be appearing.
And I saw the first two seconds of the promo of Merlin appearing, but my idiot Dad displayed his usual crap timing and changed the channel over before I yelled, "Oi, I wanted to see that!"
I'm guessing Merlin will be our next Saturday night BBC drama, then..

Rigt, little Adam is still hooked on Dr Who. He watched the Doomsday 2-parter today cos he wanted an episode with Cybermen in it. But he was upset that Donna wasn't in it (until the very end of course)
So I need suggestions on what other episodes to show him. I wonder what he'll make of the evil Santas and also the Stone Angels. Any other thoughts?

You didn't miss anything on the Merlin promo, Spike - it was just the title and a coming soon/BBC1 display. There wasn't any show footage.
Edit - has Adam seen the Titanic Christmas special?

Well, he's already watched the two best episodes of Who, already
He's probably young enough to enjoy the Slitheen episodes. Or has he seen them already?

Not yet. Just the last 2 episodes of season 2 and last 2 episodes of season 4.
I don't think he likes Ecclestone though. He saw a clip with him in it and said "That's not the doctor"

Ah, that makes it difficult.
Try the two Cybermen episodes, then. See what he thinks of that.

Unlikely as I don't have any of them, nor have I watched many. I was never a fan (gasp, shock)

I've seen some of the older episodes on UK Gold as well and I couldn't get into them either.

I suppose it depends which ones. The budget was terrible in pretty much all of the old series, so the monsters are not very convincing.
And the later Doctors (specifically Collin Baker) weren't all that great.
But the majority of Jon Pertwee & Tom Baker era episodes I personally find to be great.
