Things haven't changed much here.
I see Richie's blast holes in the ceiling still.
So how the heck is everyone?

Much the same really, as you say things aren't that different. Although many of the people you remember are either not here anymore or post infrequently.
But hey, the new bunch are as crazy as the last

Yeah, we should get some quotes in for that.

And on that note...
Random q (and I'm guessing I'd probably get a more accurate response from the guys in the lit forum, but here goes... )
Just been reading The New Rebellion by Kristine Rusch, and she keeps mentioning the Eye of Palpatine - is she referring to another novel? If so, can someone tell me which one? It's got me all confused...

Ok Hal - little sleep + me having a tendancy to be a wee bit slow on the uptake = Eh?
EDIT: Never mind - just looked it up on Wookiepedia...
On a similar theme - any recommendations? Only got another 20 pages left, so need to find new reading material!

Depends.
If you want Sci Fi I would always go with The Forever War. It's my fave.
If you want a change try any of the Robert Rankin books.
The guy is hilarious.

Cheers Jimbo - Forever War sounds good and I have to admit that 'The Hollow Chocolate Bunnies of the Apocalypse' particularly appeals...
And here's a rather amusing story from the beeb...
Bless... Great mental images though...
