Thanks for the reply,at least here in the UK forum you do give an answer in the US ones they dont which i think is really bad manners they seem to think that Star Wars is a US exclusive which i find really irritating

Thanks i hope that the official announcement comes through soon i cant wait to get cracking with my arrangements my fingers are iching as we speak!!! I am also starting with my weight loss so that i look superglam in my costume!!!  yes we will have a great presence we will be the life and soul of the party believe me!!

Where abouts are you from?
I'll be at CIV, was at CIII and met up with Phill and Verity several times during there, hehe Phill was always ahead in the queues *shakes fist*

Hi i am from Hainault in Essex,i work in the City of London for a firm of Solicitors as a legal filing clerk(shades of Madame Jocasta Nu!!) i am married(my husband is a non fan unfortunalty)have one cat,no children and i am 44 years of age(i am the senior citizen here so a little bit of Mace Windu like respect is due!!)independent to the extreme(i have to be as i suffer from Multiple Sclerosis-btw my illness is an inspiration not an impediment,therefore it never stops me from living my life to the absolute limit)-i have a wicked,dry sense of humour,i will be doing my bio soon but this is the potted version,i hope this gives you a wee snapshot of me eh? Thanks,as you would have read in my bio i have MS this entitles me to a special assistance ribbon on my ticket,this means that i dont have to stand in line,if my friend who came with me to C3 cant come to C4,one of you lucky people will avoid the lines by acting as my "carer" this does not mean that you have to stick with me all of the time just to keep in touch with from time to time during the day,also i will need a roommate(female only as i am a married lady!!)

Nice to see that this thread has also gone back to discussing the actual C4 event too 
Anyways, I've been trying hard to see if there is any indication of when an announcement will be made, but to no avail. Some fairly reliable people seem to be backing up what I've been told too, but I suspect we are getting our info from the same source so for now I'm still not sure what's going to happen.

Verity, I'll have a scan through the SW comics, see if there are any other characters you'd do well as if you want, then post pics I have an idea there are one or two women who may fit, and tho Mirax (in the Rogue Squadron comics) is quite small, she has a great costume, tho in truth it ain't necessarily pure SW in look.
