We start out with an introduction by Optimus narrating about the Allspark how it was lost in space and ended up on Earth. The Allspark is cube that gives independent life to normal electronic and mechanical objects, and is the source of life for all Transformers .
Megatron wants it because of the raw power it has got.

We are then taken to a US base Qatar where we are introduce to
Cpt William Lennox: and his team and the usual American machoism patrism that’s is so obvous in a Micheal Bays Movie. (I don’t see why he has to rub that in so much)
This is where first strike by the Decpticons takes place later, their goal to seek out Megatron and the Allspark before the Autobots,
It starts out with a lone MH-53 Pave Low helicopter, which the commanders reconise it been shot down in Afganistan approuching to the basse with no protocal, it lands , transforms into Black out and all hell breaks loose.

And then we move to Sam Witwicky who inheriates a 1978 Chevrolet Camaro later evolves to a 2007 Chevrolet Camaro Bumblebee and gets the girl Milkiala .
Sam and Mikaela are intruduced to the rest of the Autobots: Ironhide, Jazz, Optimus and Ratchet. They get kidnapped from section 7 and are taken where the Allspark is,
a massive battle starts, with Megatron Vs Optimus including, at the end,
and writing a synopis is a bitch .Go and see the movie I’m not your Jacknory. Also for your information I will use this very line when I write a book report on Harry Potter novels.


My verdict :
Being a transformer fan of the 80’s cartoon
I have to admit with all the small minors conjured up its has been dawfed to the fact that this is a great action packed movie. Exactly what any fan of Transformers wanted from a film adaptation... Autobots and Decepticons knocking the nuts and bolts out of each other in epic battle. Vehicular carnage when its there and heart pounding chases.


My favorite of them all is when bonecrusher came from behind to attack Optimus Prime , Optimus ends the fight with stab to Bonecushers neck . I like how Iron Hide took on Devestator and dance to avoid projectiles fired by Devestaor
Megatrons vs Optimus was no exception a line said by Optimus from the 1985 movie starts the fight
However with all the great action sequence I wish Micheal Bay could have made the fight scene more longer, even with the the car chase between Bumblebee and Barricade was medioca and the fight scene with all f22 against Starscreem could have been more spectacular – I’ll wait for the 20 min uncutt special edition DVD IF it comes out

I didn’t find Frenzy to be annoying at all in fact I find him funnier better than Jar Jar
His action scene were cool he kind of reminds me of a typical green demons seen in Gremlins movie.

There are some good jokes in the film like how Megatron says discusting creatures and flicks one after he falls from a building.



There are some things that did get on my chest I’ll just list them

- Decepticons don’t say much at all as compare to the Autobots
- -Section 7 scene was a bore the scene when they kidnap Sam and Melkiala, the back chat and that.
- Too many humans back story /character some are not nescery
- No soundwave or having all the actuall characters to be more like the G1 1984 cartoons
- Too americanised with the soilder all hero and that
- Expected to see more Back chats between Megatron and Starscream like we saw in the cartoons
- Jazzs death wasn’t dramatic enough happen toooo fast
- Sence of low dumb Humour and racist, the phone call that Cpt William Lennox made and got talking with a Asian/Indian operator, this was particular
to show how funny the guy talk simply because what he said wasn’t really funny
at all if you took in a different accent !
- removal of Optimus face plate no no, but action was so good that it didn’t matter
- voice of Optimus getting old
- Frienmds and family of sam



I think the most off putting was:
- Bumblebee peeing , or how Optimus puts it lubricating on the head of Section 7,
not funny and completely unesecary – why …what is the point ???????
and Otimus telling him not to lubricate on him just completely a cringing moment.


There are some question that I need to ask:

1) Why did the Autobots take the battle in a city if they support all sential life !
To increase collateral damage ?????
2) If the Allspark gives independent life to all normal electronic and mechanical
objects, and is the source of life for all Transformers then why does it create
Dcepticons only ?
3) Confusion with the guy from section 7 sent by the president and the police guy
that was in Barricades car – same guy ? they look the same !


This is a typical Micheal Bay films all action and not much thought that’s why some of the Idea of Generation 1 were not applied eg the idea of morphing sizes Starscream vs Megatron backchats. All in all this film does deliver what the fan wanted all along pure adreliniene carnage between the Decepticons vs Autobots even though their G1 1984 looks and certain bots were not used.
I’m giving it a B- because of the good battle scence other than that I would have proberly give it a D- due to nonscnce confusion and that bumblebees lubracting ..see above.
