I openly admit I was far from happy when Boris was voted in but I have to say he has made me eat my own words... infact I think he made both sides eat their own words.
The nay-sayers were surprised that he actually isn't a buffoon and the people who voted him in because 'it would be a laugh and he'd get walked all over' have had a bit of a shock too!
I don't know of many people who would have Ken the Red back over Boris right now.
Did anyone see the article about Boris finding whole cabinets full of extraordinarily expensive wines that were at Kens disposal? Boris brought it out publicly and then got rid of them all.
Boris also ended the no ID free buses for kids and they now have to have photo ID to get their free buses which means it's alot easier to identify trouble makers and Public Transport isn't rammed full of yobs standing in the gangways causing trouble as much now...
In short, he gets the thumbs up from me!
