Alright everyone! Put out the word...
MEETING ON THE 23rd!
We'll make it a lunchtime deal
In the afternoon because after the meal
The Bronco Band plays the Talent Show that night
They're going to perform in the spotlight!
Now help us pick out a place where we can meet.
Someplace with good food to eat!
And please let us know it you can be there
We want to make sure you get a chair.
Okay, that was a little bit cheesy and a little dumb
But, if some of you read it, then my job is done.

I'll be there, of course. If we get the ticket in time...
We're trying to figure out if the band kids need to be there at the 4:30 time or the 7:00.
Could we do it somewhere relatively nearby? :~)

Why change a successful track record? Applebees is a good venue, close to the freeway and all. If you want to go over to the dark side, however, there is always Coco's.

Hey...sorry I haven't been around, it's kind of been a whirlwind of personal crap. My great aunt was diagnosed with brain cancer (complete surprise, she was healthy), and they gave her 6 weeks, and she lasted 3. Her funeral was during the last meeting (which I was planning on attending), otherwise I would have been there. Beyond that, my car insurance went way up and I wasn't able to afford it anymore, so I had to cancel it until the ticket I got was removed (next month), which left me marooned at my house. So yeah, it's been busy, and none of it has been fun. Sorry for missing out and being out of contact, I've been relying on my mother's laptop and my grandmother's for Internet stuff, my computer decided to die on me a while ago. I'll try to keep up now. Hope you're all doing well.
