October 23 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Mary Winspeare Center (in Sidney). Great selection there, go check it out and buy some delicious star wars merchandise.

Yo Joe! What's shakin', Randy? Good to see another STAR WARS fan who is also a Joe! Have you been reading GI JOE AMERICA'S ELITE by DDP? How about the SNAKE-EYES: DECLASSIFIED 6-part mini-series, also by DDP? If so, what do you think? If not, WHY NOT!;) I've been reading both and they have been pretty good so far. In addition to collecting Star Wars for the last 28 years, I have also been a fan of GI Joe and have been collecting on-and-off since its introduction too. It's just too bad that TRU has a paltry selection of Joe merchandise here in Canada. Have you seen the new SIGMA 6 series on Fox? I haven't checked it out yet. Looks interesting, though.

Since I live in Sidney and have been meaning to attend one of these shows since I've lived here, I will be down there Sunday if I am not working. VicLUG (the Victoria Lego club, which I am also a member of) will be down there too so it should be fun. We should arrange a time to hook up and hang out for a bit since I haven't met anyone offline from here yet since I've been too busy to attend one of the get-togethers.

Hope to meet some of you on Sunday. In the meantime, YO JOE!

Sorry I missed the show, I was stuck on a missio to Alberta literally last minute.

Hey Steve does the Lego club have a decent collection of Star Wars Lego? I was thinking maybe your club can put on a display next year at the upcoming con.
