Ok I know the people who do costumes, so lets get to know the people who collect toys!

I recently got back into GI Joes and now I have a little supply of spare parts, and parts I need, as well as vehicle wish lists. Is anyone interested in this hobby collecting? Interested in parts and vehicle swapping?

So hey lets start posting, if nothing else we can get some discussion going here.

Im assuming you already know this but if not then you should. if you want GI Joes then go down to Cherry Bomb Toys on courtney street (I dont know the address but its right beside the parkade) they got loads of toys not just Joes or star wars, but much of both, actually less star wars, because everybody buys it before I get there

I've been a collector of STAR WARS off and on for 29 years. I have a lot of the original Kenner and a lot of the newer Hasbro items. I'm also into GI JOE. I have been collecting off-and-on since its introduction as well. I have been reading the new comics and getting ready for the live-action feature. I haven't checked out SIGMA 6 yet. Is it any good? As far as STAR WARS goes, I have been more impressed with what Lego has been doing with the STAR WARS line than Hasbro. Hence, I have a lot of the Lego sets too. I'm literally running out of room to collect! I also own the Master Replicas Obi-Wan Kenobi EP I lightsaber. It is truly the most valued piece in my collection.

So what's Cherry Bomb like? Do they sell a lot of used GI JOES or are they new?

Cherry Bombs location is 630 Courtney St. Ph no. 385-8697, It is a small store attached to the parkade, the owner has quite a few pieces on display. Since they are "collector items" and not TOYs they are a lil pricy. If there is a certain piece you want and you don't see it, ask him and he may have it at home or a contact to one. He has a variety of SW GI Joe/Cobra, He man and others, some of the items are very old classic!
