I wish to take this opportunity to publically acknowledge the members of the 501st, Rebel Legion and Fan Force who "trooped" the PNE on 26 Aug 07. The event was a great success and we were asked back for 2008 even before we paraded.
Lord Vader (aka Darkside Dave) was Grand Marshall, riding in an assigned convertible and attended by three stormtroopers and two TIE pilots. Three Jedi also trooped, one in X-Wing pilot gear. The new banner advertising both factions was well received, so special thanks go out to the individuals who took the time to assist in constructing it.
We have received special thanks from the PNE organizers, so those of you who missed this year's opportunity, for whatever reason, please mark it against your calendar for next year.
