One year out in SF around Halloween someone posted on the SF boards saying that they were trying to assemble as many people in Princess Leia costumes as possible in the Castro on Halloween itself. I have no idea why or if it happened at all, but this is beginning to remind me of that ... we could get a legion of slave Leias ... Ken would also make a great slave Leia, judging from his Mara Jade ...

Sounds like we've definitely got the makings of a good old slackercon!!!
(for the new folks, SlackerCon was a little gathering we have had twice - there's no programming, no fixed date, just some hanging out. You know, on account of we're slackers)
