Shocker of shockers, I'm posting the minutes!

Meeting commenced at 12:37

Chas' job sucks.
Chas quit then came back.
Slash.

We discussed Tshirt and the designs. Can we get them by Dragoncon.
Flipping the colors
Uploading to Zazzle.
Ken explained he sent zip files, but offered to forward them to Stephanie and Chas again if they needed it.

On front of shirt should have the GS Logo with website.
On the back should have the art and then our name and website.
On black or white tees.
We tried to access WiFi in the Mall but Tyson's corner LIES.

We will put the new meeting dates ont he flyers so that people will know when the upcoming meetings are. These will be distributed at Dragoncon.

Contacting the Star Wars meet up person about his meet-up was unsucessful, so we may venture out and commit to a meet-up of our own.

We asked our Long Island ambassador, Tris, about how their fanforce recruits. They set up a table at the local conventions. Should we do this? Committ to sitting at the table. It will depend on how elaborate the table will be. Slideshow, etc.
We discussed perhaps having a table side by side with the Virginia Browncoats since we've been making friends with them.

Should we have stickers for Dragoncon? Backburner for now, perhaps for the future.

Eugenia discussed new rules at theforce.net.
Basically, we have to continue to post at TFN as well
Have elections every year
Allow children w/parents
etc.
Move the quotes game to TFN.

Also we discussed having elections at the next meeting which will be October 14th at Hamburger Hamlet. It will be Chas' birthday! happy

We adjourned at 1:20 to find a hot spot for wifi.
