I think the most general term is you are a newbie to anyone who has been her longer, no matter what the age. you can frequently find '99 users calling moderators who are '02 "noob's." So it really is just kinda an opposite of a term like "sir." it's kinda refered to anyone who is older than you or something like that. It doesn't really have a definition in the long run. You're just a person. no need to classify. If you are a good poster, and not in peoples faces, you'll blend in a lot more than some newbies will, and gain a little more respect. it's all in how you act.
