This morning off the coast of Indonesia a very large earthquark registering 8.9 on the richter scale was recorded. It produced a tidal wave which spread thruout the pacific rim. Her home country of Sri Lanka was the largest affected.
At this time 1700 are listed as dead and the entire country is declared a disaster area.
I recieved a PM from her right before the event so I am not sure if she has power or not. the entire country was affected and many were displaced. I know in my heart she has survived but not sure when and if she will be back on.
but given this devastion she has witnessed her life will not be the same.
Pash, may god grant you the wisdom to see this thing thru. I am here for you as are many of your friends.

Pash was my first thought when I heard about this earthquake and tsunami. And I really hope that everything is fine with her and her family and friends.
And because I am worried I wrote a PM to her, but haven't recieved anything yet.
And I figured out, when she is fine and can log in, we can see it in her profile. So I look there one a regular basis now.

I don´t know what to say, this is really bad news 
I´ll just mention, getting on a message board after such a disaster wouldn´t be my first thought (even if I got access to the net, which I doubt she has), so lets hope that no news is good news.

New here, but wanted to say my thoughts are with her as well. I have a brother who teaches in S. Korea but is also taking courses in Thailand, so I am hoping he is okay too. Haven't heard from him yet.
