Being a moderator is something the right people for the position usually understand without having to ask.
Being a moderator is overrated.
Also, modding sucks.

I have modded before at another message board but I'm not bitter. That's the ultimate thing, to be a bitter ex-mod. The people at my mb were too nice to bitter over.
