Ah, the 90ies, good times. I was a kid back then
Also, D: at fanfics that suddenly have a disgusting scene. Apply proper rating and warning to your fics, fanbrats >( (This is among the many reasons I hate FF.N. Imperial Road Trip got deleted for "bad" language...well I can find a whole lot worse if I browse the anime or Harry Potter sections, ugh!)

I know why I prefer to read fanfic here, sithy.
And I rate most my fics over at ffn higher anyway because I might just change my mind. It's surprising with how much swearing you can get away even here, though.

Oh I very much disagree with the "no slash" rule here but I know the mods/admins can't change it  It's just that I like well written stuff, but often it's very raunchy and just distasteful. Ugh. I'm glad the mods here just keep a close eye on things  Even though I've had issues with it in the past because I sometimes go overboard (This is why Too Sexy was beta'd by more than one person in the end.)
I don't even write romance because I know I can't do it well. I only ever write humour and rarely angst. I should get back into writing (my fics, see link in my profile, are really old) but I've been on a looooong hiatus and all. I don't think anyone remembers me.
Though Too Sexy For My Empire may have been permanently burned onto some people's minds ^^ *rubs hands in glee*
Disclaimer, I do not have an unhealthy obsession with Palpatine. Honestly

The owner of the side disagrees with it, basically. Nothing the mods/admins here can do about it
It's not the end of the world as there are other places, of course. But I find it offensive and discriminating. But again, mods/admins can't help it. I can imagine they're getting quite tired of getting pestered about it

Well, it's a private site and if the owner doesn't want slash, that is his decision to make. We can agree, diagree, and agrue endlessly, it is his site.
Not that I care much. Not a big fan of slash, though I wouldn't mind it, provided it's kept to the PG rating we have here.
I am a fan of that rating. 
Poor mods. As if they had anything to do with it. They're just there to enforce the rules.  I run all doubtrful stuff past my Master and then past Vadey. Adn then I have to put it on ff.n, because I have no clue how to change stuff.
