I had a long day. First off, there was the PSAT, then a class meeting, and finally an assembly. It was much shorter than a regular day, yet it felt almost as long.

It wasn't that bad, because most of the questions were answerable, and the day got over earlier than a normal day. Maybe it was also easier because I have taken practice SAT's before . . .

Does the PSAT have that new writing part on it? I took so many standardized tests that I can't remember what was on what anymore. 
Anyways, the writing part is awesome because you can write about the same thing each time. I always did the same thing:
Intro
Body 1-The Roman Empire or the French Revolution (History)
Body 2-Mother Teresa or MLK Jr. (Famous Person)
Body 3- My younger sister or summer camp (Personal experience)
Closing
And then I had the emergency category of LOTR (Literature)
The prompts are different each time, but if you pick things that you know enough about, you can make your topics fit the prompt, which saves alot of time thinking that can be used writing.

This version didn't have the essay sections; however, I have taken the full SAT a couple times as practice.

Normally all admins answers as fast as they can, the same goes with mods and managers, but sometimes it happens that a PM slips through, then it's good to send another (nice) one after a certain amount of time.

Wish I'd have thought of that - I was one of the people who spent half the time figuring out what to write.
I once wrote an essay on laser tag for a standardized test. The prompt was on something you think could use improving, and I've always wanted to create the ultimate laser tag experience.

The SAT and ACT were looooooong. And unless you want to go out of state or to a private school, you don't need both. I just wish someone had told me that - I took both once, and just taking the ACT would've been fine.
