I don't really get basketball. Too many rules. I'm more of a baseball person. And high school football. High school football's pretty important out here in the middle of nowhere.

You think basketball has too many rules? Football is by far the more complicated sport, which I absolutely adore, actually. Basketball comes first, and then football second. Everything else can pretty much go take a hike.

I know it's a complicated sport, that's why I usually stick to watching it.  And I lied earlier, I do like watching high school boy's basketball, as long as they don't suck. Girl's basketball, in my opinion, can't be deciphered from wrestling. [face_disgusted]

QFT. Having played it, I understand completely. Too many jump-balls altogether. 
I actually cringe to watch girls play basketball now. I've contemplated coaching in the past, but I'd probably go insane trying to teach them to pivot away from defenders and to not go into "fetal position" when being guarded.
Go do that Algebra, Odd, or else it will attack you in your sleep. I've seen it happen!
