I just had the best quad shot iced soy Latte with 4 pumps of sugar free vanilla.
Best drink ever!

I know how you feel. I'm allergic to chocolate, and when I first started reacting to stuff (I was 12) I always forgot to read labels. Now I've had quite a few REALLY bad reactions, and started reacting to eating a munchkin that was touching a chocolate one without knowing it but connecting the dots later.
I'm so paranoid about it now that I read nearly EVERY label, just in case. I'm kinda worried at the moment, though. My friend made me cookies (using a chocolate chip recipe), but substituted all chocolate with peanut butter, and swears she read ALL the labels, and yet my stomach felt a tad off before.

If you think there are too many nuts in things, you'd be blown away by how much corn is used in EVERYTHING and how fat it is making all of us.

I know how you feel; I'm paranoid (to a small degree) about the inclusions of nuts into everything. People who are allergic to nuts like that can't have a single cereal because they all come out with peanut/peanut butter varieties.

I've got tons of food allergies and can sympathize! The nuts one must be awful though. I'll manage if I get a small dose, but a lot of you can't even have something made in the same factory that handles nuts! It must be hard.
