Hey everybody. I'm new here at the forums, but I'm a regular listener of the podcast. Made my first live listen debut Wednesday, which also turned into my first phone in.
Wanted to thank everyone that was in the live chat on ustream for making me feel so welcome!

You're a web developer, eh? Do you do a lot of graphic design or do you do the code monkey thing? What else brought you to the JC?

I am a web developer. I do my basic layout using Microsoft Expression Web to get a look and feel to the site, but after that, I go straight to the code. Unless I plan on doing a major overhaul to a section of the site, I stick to the code. The idontlikethisgame.com website on my profile is just a wordpress blog because what I planned on doing with it would be much simpler than coding another wordpress out 
brianfreytag.idontlikethisgame.com is 90% coded by me and 100% my graphics made in photoshop.
I've been a huge star wars fan for a long time, but mostly hung out at starwars.com and lucasarts.com. I'm mostly into the EU... I don't do any collecting or anything except for the novels. I was playing around in the podcast section of iTunes and came across the ForceCast, subscribed to it and have listened to it for a few months.
I've come to theforce.net to get news and such for awhile, but never registered. Figured I might as well

You got an interesting profile / introduction. So you really love coding websites?
I hope you don't mind asking me, but... what does Freytag mean? Is it your last name? I'm asking because it sounds alot like 'Freitag', which is the German translation for Friday.

@Skiara - Freytag IS my last name, and yes... It IS Friday auf Deutsch Don't know why my ancestors decided to change it from an i to a y... it's a mystery! Das ist gut, ja?
@JEDIGUNSHIP - Thanks for the recommendation, I'll check that out. Are you a live listener? Maybe I'll see you Wednesday night. I'm not 100% sure if I'm going to make it this week. I'm traveling home for an Ohio ASFMRA conference (Don't ask me what that acronym stands for... It's a farm manager that I'm going to for my OSU Extension work) and won't be leaving for home until about 5:30. It's a 2 and a half hour drive from school to home, so I'll more than likely be late.

Du sprichst sogar etwas Deutsch?  Now I'm surprised. Let us speak English here, because otherwise the mods can't known if it's ok, what we are writing. But if you ever want to speak a bit German, don't hesitate to visit the German FanForce called GSFF. We are a nice bunch and we don't mind speaking German or English or some mixture of that. And to give a good start: this is our social thread.
It's really interesting about your name. Maybe it was just that too many people wrote your name with an 'y' and so it got written down in some important papers, which couldn't be changed later. Not sure of course, just an idea.

I actually don't speak German that well... I only took a quarter of it at college. I had planned on visiting das Vaterland after I graduated sometime, but with the Euro doing what it's doing and the USD doing what it's doing, that probably won't happen for some time

I can understand you about visiting Germany. Maybe this circumstancas aren't bad at all, I mean, wouldn't it better to go to Germany when there's another Celebration Europe (CE). So the travel would be worth twice.
