It's good to see people returning. How long have you been away?
About your deleted posts, it happens that posts or whole threads get deleted due to the system or by a mod, but normally your postcounts shows all posts ever made. So it's weird if you say that you have posted with this account already and that your postcount got reset. 
I guess you remember our support from your first appearance, but I just would like to add that you don't have to hesitate to ask us, if you need any help or have any questions, ok?
