Hey everyone I'm Josh. I've been reading on the forums for over three years now and have always enjoyed getting on here everyday to read everyone's thoughts/opinions. I've been meaning to register for well over a year but I've just been too lazy to do it until now. But I finally did it so I just thought I'd stop by and introduce myself to you all!!

Three years of lurking? That's a really really long time. How did you stand it without joining? I lurked here for some weeks before I joined finally, but I thought about joining after a few days already, but I wanted to be sure that I'll stay for a while. Ok, I didn't expect that 'a while' would be that many years, but hey, it was just the right decision. And I hope it's the same for you and that you're not to 'lazy' to post regularly. 
Since you have lurked for such a long time, you already know where to go, what you can do and whom to ask if you need help, right? If not, you're welcome to post here again.
Enjoy your stay and be sure posting is even more fun than lurking!

Thanks for the welcome guys!! Well, I don't know exactly I was just content reading the forums for awhile and when I started to get the itch to join I just never got around to it. And hopefully I won't get too lazy to not log in and post like you said!
Yes, I'm pretty sure of what I'm doing but I read all the rules anyway just to double check. So I think I'm good.

Thanks again for the welcome everybody! If I do have any questions I'll be sure to ask! Yes I really lurked for three years. I was a latecomer to Star Wars and after I saw ROTS in July '05 I wanted to learn more about Star Wars and went looking for Star Wars forums. This was the first one I found and I can say that I never looked for another Star Wars forum after browsing through this one. I've been on other big forums and some of them are moderated terribly... but from everything I've seen you guys do a great job!

That was a good decision. There are lots of other SW forums out there, but as you found out through other forums, some are moderated terrible, some look bad/confusing and others are just small and slow. Hard to find a good one.
I'm also interested in other topics (like horses and sport), but whenever I try to find a new forum for those topics, I have to give up the search at some point, because I can't find anything comparing to this one. It seems I just got too used to this one.
