Hey guys,
I am Xiao, one of the star war fans from the Earth. =D
I am currently a university student and have 1 - 1.5 years to go before graduation. Specifically, my final exam for the summer term is on Aug 14th, one day before the clone wars. *g*
I wanna meet ppl here.
Also, I have some questions about film schools.
I am living in Canada and want to do film editing, or post production etc in future if possible. So I want to attend a film school in Canada or USA after 3years. (I have to find a job first due to many reasons, including money, tuition fee ...) This is my plan. So could any one tell me what are the top film schools in Canada or USA?

Hi, Xiao! Welcome to the JC! You're in good company if you like Star Wars. We like Star Wars, too! And if you want to meet people, there are plenty of us around to get to know, so feel free to explore a little and enjoy yourself!
As for film schools, your best bet is to lurk around the YJCC's thread on the subject matter. Maybe browse around a little and see what people are talking about in the thread. You might find some JCers who are looking to get into film schools as well, and maybe chat with them about where they're thinking about going. And, if you're looking for amateur film work in the Star Wars realm, there is always a fan films forum that might show you some interesting work that JCers have done and the tools that they use to make it happen.
I hope that helps a little, but if you have questions, don't hesitate to ask.

Good luck on your finals! That is awesome that you have them before Clone Wars comes out! 
They best way to meet people around here is to just dive in and participate in threads! (Getting a Master helps as well!  )
I don't really know anything about Film schools so I can't help you there!

Welcome XiaoXiao!
Sadly I can't help you with the film school questions, but the more you read in this forum the more you read about other people wanting or doing the same. So I suggest to read a lot and to visit the FanFilm board especially.
Maybe even people from Canada are able to help you. There are some FanForces (FF) and one general board. Maybe it's worth to check if there's a thread about FilmSchools and if not to start a new one.
You want to know what FanForces are? A FF is a group of SW fans from the same area, who love to talk and who enjoy meeting each other in RL. Maybe that's something else you're looking for. Much fun!
I hope those ideas, advices and suggestion from me and the poster above (and below) will help you. Otherwise just ask again, ok?
