I have a question regarding images... pics...
As in using one in all posts...
1. For instance, can I use my own image?
2. Does my website have to support the picture showing up, or does this website do that for anyone who wants to have an image on their posts?

you can post your own images, but only if they're uploaded to the net somewhere, you can't link to your harddrive. 
Yeah, the website has to allow direct picture linking, e.g. geocities won't work.
But if you're talking about icons (the little pic below your username), I'll have to disappoint you - you can only use icons that are uploaded to TFN's servers.
You can suggest an icon in this thread, but only SW images will be considered.
