A: No, not really. Although I (like I guess everyone else) have suggestion to improve things, I wouldn't want it. You have to know a lot and all politics involved, which isn't anything you can learn within a few days or weeks. It's a hard job and whatever you do, you always have voices against it and you still need to know what's the best for the country.
