I think all of the soundtracks are good coz they all have at least one good song each.
Also Grand work John Williams for winning that AFI Best Score thing. He deserves it.

Empire for me because of the march but TPM a close second. I thought the soundtrack was one of the best things about that film. Especial Duel of the Fates.

The Rancor pit score from Jedi is really good if you listen to it isolated.
And the Battle of Endor score when the rebels are approaching the second death star is pretty scrumdiddlyumptious.

It's hard to vote for one, since each has their strengths. Empire probably has some of my favourite pieces (Escape from Cloud City, the Asteroid Field which is my all time favourite, the Imperial March of course). ROTS is some of John Williams' best work of late in the Star Wars side of things. That opening piece gets me all the time. TPM, too, had some lovely moments. And who could forget the Ewok theme  I love that
