I've just watched the pilot episode for the new Dr Who spinnoff series and I've got several more waiting to watch. Anyone else watched it yet?
For those who aren't aware of the series, it will probably air on australian tv fairly soon. If you've watched the first season of the new Dr Who series you'd be familiar with Captain Jack Harkness who is a main character in the new series. If you've watched the second season you'd also be familiar with the Toorchwood Institute which the series obviously revolves around.
It's made for a later night timeslot than Dr Who which means that they don't mind adding things you'd never see in Dr Who like sex, nudity and swearing so not one for the kiddies.

No idea. I'm not even sure when it will air in Australia. I've watched a few episodes now and it's pretty good.

Watched the first 2 episodes.... doesn't grab me, seems a bit.. try hard?
They've got the sets, the budget, but these first 2 stories seem... pathetic.
Just my opinion tho
