It'll probably be a few years before FFG gets to making a RPG, they'll be concentrating on other SW games (card games, board games) first. We'll see what happens.

Has it been so long? Reading this felt like you guys are Obi-Wan, and I'm the Old Republic! But in reality, it hasn’t been quite so long since I stopped by the TFN forums: it’s only been a year since the “General Grievous: Warlord by Abel G. Peña” April Fool’s prank someone—SuperBattleDroid?—pulled, much to my mirth. Likewise, it’s only been about three and a half years since the Knights of the Old Republic Campaign Guide was published, which I co-authored.

Granted, I should like my Star Wars work to be published more frequently than that.

Believe it or not, I have been working on Star Wars these last few years. But one project was an update of "Vader’s Legacy," which, unfortunately, was permanently cancelled. And the other, I can’t say much about, except that I worked on it long and hard, I’ve been paid for it, and hope to see it published soon.

Like, how one crams 90+ Rebels into the 15-meter-long (with 12 meters of usable interior space) Mist Hunter and will Zuckuss ever be let out of the psych ward?

This is not just touching, but in an often jaded Internet age, your straightforward, and sometimes very eloquent, entreaties make a strong and concrete statement about what the loyal fanbase wants. Your numerous “likes” and comments each represent dozens more voices, and if you feel moved by the Force, I encourage you to voice that feeling personally yet.

It’s not so bad, Loyal Imperial. I’ve recycled bits of Vader’s Legacy into other projects for years: the Noghri Death Commandos in Echoes of the Jedi, Hethrir and Kharys in Aliens in the Empire before that. It may live yet, albeit in different form(s).

It don’t work, Coop ... if the hubris of Grievous re:Sifo-Dyas is a reliable indicator.

I think we be confuzzling idioms here. Vader's Legacy wound up on the the chopping block. Meanwhile, I'm working to keep other projects that I have declared (much like exiting presidential candidates' campaigns) “suspended,” off the chopping block. These include the remnants of Aliens in the Empire III, as well as some less obscure projects. Alas, that's as much as I’m empowered to say.

As for Zuckuss, I’d like to know as well. That’s a story ripe with potential, very much waiting to be told. Probably not by me, though. It's all yours, Trak.
