I'm going to a birthday party later this afternoon (a cousin of mine is turning 2), and I hear there won't be any food until about 3 hours or so after we get there. Why is that happening? Why?!
They're probably anticipating (correctly) that food will make the toddler tired and cranky, and so they're making sure their guests get time to hang out with the kid. Eat something before the party, if you can't wait three hours.
I had a big bowl of Cocoa Krispies minutes ago. As long as there's snacks (vegetable trays), then I'll be good until dinner.
I brought it up again after she called me her non-gay gay friend(Last week). And I got a first real date out of the ensuing several hours of should we/shouldn't we(next week depending on our work schedules). So here's a new question: Is it weird that she's already using "I love you"? Because it feels weird/months too soon to me. -A Lot Less Hopeless
