Rather simple: What was the best Season Finale for the Clone Wars? My choice goes to Wookiee Hunt, if only out of my professed love for Republic Commando and it's Kashyyyk campaign. Second would go to Hostage Crisis for introducing Bane and setting off an awesome three part opener to Season 2 Third is Revenge, because it was slightly better than Four Lethal Trackdown is the worst because I hate for smashing Slave 1, making Aurra Sing the primary villain in the BOBA FETT ARC, and Boba's "You Started It!" whining.
I must question if there has been a good one. I guess if I don't dock points from Hostage Crisis for the fact they they didn't follow up on it for two years it would be that one.
I think my favorite season finale was "Padawan Lost" and "Wookie Hunt". Those were some fun and spooky episodes with a lot of original characters to worry about. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I727 using Tapatalk
Hostage Crisis was such an amazing intro to Cad Bane. And it quoted Heart of Darkness. What isn't there to like?
Still gotta be Hostage Crisis. Revenge is a pretty close second, but it was too much of a let-down. Not that much "revenge" other than savagely beating Obi-Wan, then a cliff-hanger. One could argue HC has something of a cliff-hanger too since it introduced Cad Bane and we knew he was coming back, kind of like Revenge, but I just feel it was better as a self-contained story.
Definitely Wookiee Hunt.(Even though the episode before it was better IMO) (By the way, recently saw that Trandoshan laser-net gun in 'I Robot', I think. Exactly the same thing. Too bad they ripped that off.) Hostage Crisis close second. I hated Lethal Trackdown for the most part, and Revenge was... not my cup of tea. And even if it was, I didn't think it was anywhere close to good.
Definitely "Wookiee Hunt", although I do prefer "Padawan Lost" (the spectacular Felucia opening adds a lot). It was a dark storyline, characterization was good, and Kalifa's death was very moving. "Hostage Crisis" is second, it was a fun episode and Aurra Sing shooting the injured guard was one of the best moments of the season. "Revenge" is third, with most of my points going towards the Obi-Wan/Ventress dynamic, and "Lethal Trackdown" for me is the worst, primarily for the horrible ending.
BURN! @AkashKedavra_93 : We have the same opinion, only difference is that I didn't like Revenge as much as you did, but we both liked the Obi-Ventress aspect.
