The epic conclusion to TCW is after the GRIM TWINS take out Tano, Ben and Vader make good on their specialty quote, six hours before LOE begins.
So that teaser was disappointing. Yes, it established everything that was Captain Obvious for anyone who is still an avid watcher. At least Season 3 and 4 teasers showed multiple scenes from different battlefields to hype it up.
Yo dawg, we heard you liked trailers, so we posted a trailer for a trailer so you could watch the trailer for the trailer while you wait for the trailer.
Although it was just a short ass teaser trailer, it might be saying more than you think. Maybe Maul and Opress will join forces with Deathwatch. Whatever the case with Deathwatch, I hope we actually get to see the war with the Jedi Knights that was mentioned in TESB novel.
Could Maul's Army be the DeathWatch? Think about it, the clan of Zabraks has what? Witch-pikes, swords & daggers at best, or maybe some slingshots... You put DeathWatch with Darth Maul, and now you have something that BOTH the Republic and CIS better pay attention to. Maul hates the Mando's, because of Metch, what a sweet turn of events to bring their vaunted group under his thumb.
Vizsla and Maul don't need to go making some Star Wars League of Villains. Especially after Friend in Need, when Vizsla states his view that the Jedi are no different than Dooku and that their all enemies of Mandalore. I hope that Vizsla isn't dumb enough to go running to Maul for help. Vizsla is filled with pride. Dooku at least indulged Vizsla into believing that they were partners. I don't see Vizsla trusting another Force user, and I wouldn't see Maul humoring Vizsla like Dooku had.
Who needs Vizsla? Just have Randy do what Maul did the last time he met a Mandalorian, and then Maul declares himself the leader of the Mandalorians. Those in disagreement will be slaughtered.
Yeah, I'm pretty keen on the idea that Maul rules the DeathWatch. I don't see the Zabrak/Dathomirian army being much at all... but DeathWatch under Maul, I like that. True wild cards, they would be. "Serve me, Visla, or die..."
Saw the teaser Sat in a corner for a few moments Damned Dave for not continuing the "Clone WARS" Can't we get back to battles? We need a space battle! Raaahhg!
Fixed. I'm getting sick of the same old crap (Maul, Death Watch), but I guess I'm just repeating myself.
I wonder what's going on in that scene.. can't trust the laser colors flying by ever since they changed the colors of blaster shots in a trailer that showed Umbara..
Then you are just taking a story that seems to be going some place (albeit very slowly) and throwing it out the window to have Maul-meets-Boba Fett.
Instead of futile Maul and Death Watch attacks can't we just get back to, you know, the Clone War? EDIT: @Coric beat me to it.
