The 2008 show? (Checking Netflix)
Yeah it was one of the better Marvel series and to date my favourite Spider-Man series. Not sure if its on Netflix though.
Oh, it isn't instant, but they have it.
It's Jeph Loeb. The quality of his work has declined dramatically since his son died, and it doesn't really surprise me that he goofs stuff up anymore.
I guess this was inevitable, considering Joss Whedon directed The Avengers. Firefly-inspired Avengers opening.
So, $13 million domestic to go until it passes Titanic. Can it make it? I'm thinking yes.
That was pretty cool.
Closer to $71 million, actually- Titanic is currently at $658.6, Avengers $587.9 domestic.
Pfft, lifetime gross? That's just cheating.
It counts towards the OT and ET, it counts towards Big T.
Okay then - The Avengers is $13 million away from breaking Titanic's original release domestic gross. I think it can make it. Dunno about lifetime.
Depends on if they do the rumored extended cut rerelease in Aug- that could easily bring them in another $20-30 million and make topping T's lifetime total a possibility.
Marvel looks to be gearing up for Guardians of the Galaxy, filing several trademarks.
As long as Rocket Raccoon and Groot are involved I will be happy.
I dunno, the near-Shakespearean dialogue might turn off more casual viewers. "Oy, pass me tha' bazooka!" "I AM GROOT."
I'd expect the movie to feature Nova and/or Star-Lord and a motley crew of aliens. Groot could easily be the revelation of the movie.
I have yet to see this film.
dude. forget casual viewers. If you don't get how awesome RR and Groot are, just leave. (you being the casual viewer not getting it, not you )
I'm more disappointed in you right now than Chester Phillips ever was of 90-lb. Steve Rogers.
You're missing out! GO! NEOUGH!
