I feel great. No depression. Celexa will do that. Anyway, I just finished the Spring semester and did well. I've got the Summer and Fall and then I graduate.
Btw,  to everyone not feeling good today.

I'm not so much depressed as over stressed and overwhelmed with the amount of work that I have to do. I have this plan drawn up has slots for certain work on certain days but it still seems like a lot. It's really having a negative effect on my mood.

I applied for a job two weeks ago, it looked really good and everything. On Monday I sent an email asking if they'd received my application. I got an automated reply saying that the lady I'd emailed was out of the office until Friday. Well, today, I got an email from someone else who'd had my email forwarded to her. It turns out that I did get the job nor was I selected for an interview. I'm not really surprised as I have finished my degree, but it's still disappointing. It just seems to be the way with any job I apply for.

I hate myself so much right now. It might help if I could talk to someone but I don't know anyone that would understand completely. I don't want someone who'll offer empty words or say things will get better or that I'll be OK. I just don't want to be me any more.

Well, make up your mind. Do you want people to say things that you assume are empty words, things like it'll get better and you'll be ok, or do you want them to remain silent?
Chances are that you're going to hear things like the above, if you want people to express that they care that you're depressed.

I read what you wrote at the time, but I didn't know what to say. I'm sorry I didn't respond.  I know you go through ups and downs, and sometimes writing things out can help, which is what you are doing here. I just hope you have some support outside of this Board.

Rach, I am sorry you are going through a tough time. Sunshine is good for elevating our moods, why don't you grab a book or go for a walk outside in the sun. A change of scenery has to help right? Jay Jay is right too though, we can only do so much from the internet, you need help from more sources than us.
