It tends to do that in the beginning. Well, I've smoked cigs maybe about 10 times now (socially eh), and every time I get all giddy and start giggling like a psycho then run off to puke after 10 minutes. Needless to say, I have never done it socially again for such reasons.
But if you stick with it, the weird head stuff doesn't happen anymore.
Unless if you're talking weed. Don't smoke weed while you're depressed. It will most likely make it worse.

I'm not a shrink (go figure). However, I have experienced depression so I can sympathize. I know it seems like nothing can be done about it, but that's most likely not true. Get help. Although it will be difficult at times, there's a good chance you'll end up getting better.

I'm hoping it will, though I can't see some problems going away for a long long time, and others will never go away. I'll never be able to have kids, and that's something that really hurts.

I can understand how that would be difficult to deal with, but there are other ways to be a parent. It doesn't have to define your existence.

I don't know you, but I'd be willing to guess that what is actually causing your depression isn't just your inability to have kids or other such problems. Bad things happen to everyone, but your reaction to them usually has more to do with your mental health than those things themselves. Some problems will never go away, but there's a possibility that you can be happy despite them if you work at it and get serious help.

I've just had a bad few days, I think. I had a job interview that went well and I was fine on everything except confidence, so I didn't get the job, which really was sucky. It was sunny here and I spent a lot of time wandering around shops seeing women in summer clothes that I'd like to wear but can't. Then I kept seeing pregnancy and baby books. I also need to buy some stuff but I can't because I'm £1 short. One thing on it's own I can deal with, but when lots of bad stuff comes a long it all gets a bit too much.
