	Hello, and welcome to the EPC Thread V1.0! I am Talonah, one of the co-founders of the EPC. MistofAvalon and Jainalover are the other two founders of this group. Our roots are in the pillowfighting thread of the Welcome New Users forum, where the three of us banded together to defend each other from the other pillowfighters. Eventually, we added other members, moved to the JCC, and created our own thread. The Purpose of the EPC is threefold: 1. To help all users (especially newbies) meet other users around the boards and to help answer their questions. 2. To try and lessen flaming and spamming. 3. To welcome all the new users to the JC. The EPC’s Code of Conduct: 1. I will not spam, flame, or troll. 2. I will honor and obey all rules and decisions by the moderators, managers, and administrators of the JC. 3. When in the pillowfight thread of the WNU, I will whack others with respect. 4. I will avoid having open arguments with any other member of the EPC (in other words, take it to PM). 5. If I am a newbie, I promise to faithfully assist my newbie partner whenever he needs help with JC matters. I also promise to try to improve my quality of posting as much as possible. 6. If I am an oldbie, I promise to faithfully help the newbies with JC matters whenever they need it. I will also patrol the forums that I represent and report any major problems to the mods of that forum. So now you want to know what EPC stands for, right? It stands for Elite Posters Club. Now, at this point, many people become confused. They assume that we think of ourselves as superior. That is not true in the least. Remember that we are dedicated to improving the quality of posting on the JC? That is where the “Elite” part of our name comes from. We want to make the quality of posts elite, not the members. If you are interested in joining the EPC, please send a PM to JediYvette. She will send you a short questionnaire to fill out and do a background check on your posts. Please note: You must have at least 50 posts to apply for membership. This ensures that a decent background check can be done on your posts. If you have any other questions about the EPC, you can send a PM to me or MistofAvalon.
