	I wouldn't worry until you know if there is something to worry about. I fake a sick day when I feel I have been worked into the ground and they will not let me have a day bookd off. So my theory ... sod it. EDIT Anyway, you will learn from your mistakes. You are young. I wouldn't stress too much. If it is your first time doing this then you won't be suspected as much as someone who does it alot. Hence the 'don't abuse the sick system' comment. It's for emergencies and other important reasons. 	going home halfway through the day WAS a poor choice. But you can't do anything about it now. Whenever I feel sick (whether i am actually sick or just over stressed or something) I sleep like all day. 	I happen to be able to make my face really pale at will. That helps a lot. Make some retching noises like you're gonna puke in class, that usually helps too. 	Well I have to say I have felt terrible and still gone to work. I never complained or whined but still went home when I felt enough was enough. My boss respected the fact I tried to do the day.
