	So with a follow up exam I am not any better from a pulled muscle in my chest. I have the rest of the week off(Yay!) but I have used up all my vacation and sick time so I get to beg relatives for money to pay bills(boo). I will be on three "wonder" drugs; Loratadine, methylprednisolone, and naproxen. Possible side effects: nervousness, idigestion, difficulty sleeping ,vomiting, hearburn, gas, headache, constipation, dizziness, and the nonsterroid anti inflammatory stuff can cause heart attacks and such. 	The steroids are powerful medications and have some varying side effects. I did use to warn people whenever I had to be on prednisone.
