Hang in there, Azure. Gimer's right about it being the same. YOU are expected to be on time for your appointments, and if you are more than 15 minutes late, they will reschedule you, but expect to wait way longer than 15 minutes before the doctor/dentist will see you!
I'm saving all our gas for our trip this August. 
It's literally going to cost me an arm and a leg! (Seriously, there was a minor shark attack in Litchfield beach on Saturday, which is exactly where we're headed!)
