KR Update!!!
I just got an e-mail from Ric, and he got home from the hospital last night. He was in surgery for almost 7 hours, but the surgery was complete success!
He's at home taking it easy.
Here's to a speedy recovery, Ric!

Well, there is tangible proof that the old saying "Oh **** Jada's right" is 100% true. Back in April I found a great apartment for my mother. She saw it, loved it but then found another one and said it was better because it was right across the street from a hoyty toyty shopping district  In the apartment she found you had to provide your own washer and dryer and microwave. The one I found the rent was less, the unit had the washer and dryer and microwave and they had a deal on internet/cable for $55 a month!  So, today she goes to the apartment she found to sign the lease, decides to walk through the apartment first (which she hadn't seen yet) and it is a freakin' dump that instead of facing the courtyard faces the parking lot. 
So what ends up happening? We go to the apartment *I* picked out and they have a beautiful apartment just perfect for her!
Who was right? That's right . . . Jada's right!
