Bacon flavored yogurt?  Perhaps salty things might taste okay, bacon flavored potato chips sounds good, but not ice cream.

The only thing I find deplorable about this new Facebook is its inhumane treatment of applications. Where did they all go?!

I still annoys the hell out of me, all those random news feeds and useless info it gives me right now. Just give me back the old facebook which had exactly what I wanted.

They should be now located under the Boxes tab, though you can put them back onto your main page if you wish to (just select 'Move to Wall tab').
I'm stressing the word 'should' though because some of my applications seem to have vanished  - my guess is some are not compatible with the new Facebook.

I don't see how keeping the old interface was hurting anybody. They could have made the new thing default but allowed an opt-out that let you switch back if you wanted. That would have been good enough.
