I have an "audition" at an ice cream place.

They don't do interviews, they get a bunch of people together and audition them. I have no idea what I should do. Maybe I'll sing that Ween song "I'm Dancing In the Show Tonight".
Important questions:
-What do YOU think I should do?
-Should I wear my Devo hat?

Cold Stone Creamery?
No matter what they call it it is still an interview. Be outgoing and cheerful. If they are going to have you sing then pick a song that makes you happy. If it is Cold Stone Creamery they are looking for outgoing people that are happy and friendly. The song you sing isn't as important as making sure they see you are not afraid to be a little goofy in front of strangers.

Also, always great interview advice- do some research on the company. When they were founded, what their dumb philosophy is, etc.
Then, without coming off as a suck up, mention some tidbits from that in your 'audition.' They eat that garbage up.

Basically, remember that the most important thing is HOW you lick the scoop on top of the cone. Have to really sell it and lick everything up, so nothing drips onto the floor.
Plus, melting = bad.
