I saw that preview! I'm excited too! [face_shaking_fist_at_M._Night_Shyamalan] It has Mark Wahlberg... it can't be bad! ...Right??

Gruesome special effects doesn't make the idea of trees making people commit suicide any less lame.
I worry M Night has lost it. Sixth Sense is good, I love Unbreakable, and I even like Signs, but The Village was bad and Lady in the Water was beyond ridiculous. If Paul Giamatti can't save Lady in the Water I don't think Mark Wahlberg can save this one. But, who knows. Maybe it will end up being good. I'll wait for Netflix though. The idea sounds too far fetched to me.

Trees DO release chemicals into the air to communicate with one another. But it is a bit of a leap from there.
