Would the event at MSG have to be sports-related? "Walking with Dinosaurs" will be there next week.
EDIT: Upcoming concerts there include Kanye West and the Jonas Brothers (no, not together).

THE MET. Is it free? Here all the museums are free, but IIRC you have to pay for museums in New York. At least, for the Natural History. Is my recollection.

It's suggested donation. They will let you in if you just give a penny, if you really feel like it, though I don't recommend that. AMNH has required entry fees.
