If you want non-english metal, and don't mind some softer stuff, perhaps try out Diablo Swing Orchestra. If I heard correctly, all of their stuff is done in different languages, most other than english.
And its really good stuff anyways. It combines Metal with stuff like Jazz, Swing, Flamenco, and lots of other Ballroom Dance Music.

Have been listening to Behemoth, Hypocrisy, and Gelneryus. I'm liking what I've heard. 
Funny you should mention Maximum The Hormone, I got into them through the Death Note anime series, they did two of the theme songs.

I did some digging around for a song I heard ages ago but couldn't remember the title or band. Turns out it was 'Dark' by Illdisposed. An awesome track by an awesome band. I highly recommend.

Boba: awesome.
I have a dilemma. Soulfly have a new album out in four formats: CD; CD & DVD; CD & DVD & football; 2 LPs. I really want to get the football edition but I hate sports, but it's a Soulfly football so it'd be awesome, but I'll still hate sports.
