LOL..
Well i just got some bad news that i might not make it past this semester.. I am not doing good in my classes and am hoping that i will pull out okay. I have two D's in two of the three classes.. If i don't make it in the summer i have to come back a year later and retake them.. My college has a gpa forgiveness thing where they will replenish some of your credits if you retake a course up to 15 credit hours.. My question is should I take the early withdrawl and save the credits in case i need them at a later time?

I was under the impression that one could fail 3/4 text and still pass the other three.

Depends on the institution. At the university I went to, get one D or F and they put you on probation. If it happens again next semester, you get the boot.

A year? As in you have to wait a year to come back? Not good... However, if you're SERIOUSLY going through a period of burn out and CAN take a term off to clear your head (I did it a couple of times - with the change in major and a 'break' it took me 4 years to finish my AAA degree) it's something to consider...
